The tournament will take place on August 29 and 30, 2026 at PHG Academy – KMØ, Mulhouse. Arrival is requested at 9:00 a.m., with the event planned from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Access

Access is reserved for registered participants and authorised persons. An ID document and proof of registration may be requested.

Personal equipment

Each player brings their full setup: PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, Ethernet cable, cables and power supplies. Personal equipment remains the participant’s responsibility.

PC rental

PCs can be rented by reservation, subject to availability. Planned configuration: RTX 3070 Ti, i9-12900KF, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, Zowie 240 Hz monitor. Players still need to bring their peripherals.

Provided on site

PHG Academy provides desks, chairs, power supply and network access. Each participant must bring their own Ethernet cable to connect.

Food and drinks

Sandwiches, snacks and cafeteria service may be available on site. Outside drinks are prohibited except water; alcohol is prohibited; smoking and vaping are outside only.

Conduct

Fair play and respect for the venue, equipment, players and organisation are expected. Abusive behaviour may result in a sanction.

Accounts and cheating

Players must honestly declare their level. Cheating, scripts, advantage software and unauthorised gameplay modifications are prohibited.

Cancellation and refund

Refunds are possible up to 7 days before the relevant tournament. After that deadline, absence or cancellation does not entitle you to a refund, except by exceptional decision.
